Rumble’s revised Creator Program makes one point impossible to ignore: the platform increasingly expects creators to do far more than upload videos and attract views. It wants them to livestream through Rumble Studio, create Premium content, produce Shorts, participate in raids, generate active chat, drive watch time, bring in new registrations, and convert viewers into Rumble Premium subscribers.

But month-to-date advertising data from my PutinBot Gaming channel, covering August 1 through August 20, 2026, raises a basic business question:

What does Rumble’s ordinary advertising system deliver in exchange for the audience creators already bring to the platform?

For full transparency, every advertising figure examined in this article comes directly from the PutinBot Gaming Rumble dashboard for that August 1–20 reporting period. This is one channel’s month-to-date performance, not a claim that every Rumble creator receives identical results.

During those 20 days, PutinBot Gaming recorded 12,390 raw views and 6,003 unique views. Rumble reported $8.94 in advertising earnings.

That is approximately 72 cents per 1,000 raw views.

Rumble may have legitimate technical, commercial, and policy reasons why every view does not create creator-attributed ad revenue. No video platform monetizes every view equally, and a creator dashboard alone cannot establish how Rumble sells inventory, splits revenue, filters traffic, or accounts for ads internally.

But the dashboard does establish something that should concern creators: Rumble’s reported advertising funnel reduces a substantial audience into a revenue result too small to function as a meaningful creator business model.

At the same time, Rumble’s updated Creator Program asks creators to commit more production labor, more platform-specific activity, and even a paid Premium subscription in pursuit of a separate payout whose formula is not publicly specified.

12,390 Views, $8.94 Earned

The data examined here is month-to-date data from PutinBot Gaming covering August 1–20, 2026.

The numbers are straightforward:

The first bottleneck appears immediately.

Of 12,390 raw views, only 2,817 were classified by Rumble as Ad Eligible.

2,817 ÷ 12,390 = 22.74%

That means just 22.7% of reported raw views entered the dashboard’s ad-eligible category.

The report then records 1,371 in a field called Filled.

1,371 ÷ 12,390 = 11.07%

The Filled total is equal to only 11.1% of raw views and approximately 48.7% of the reported ad-eligible count.

But the report also lists 3,128 in a separate field named Rumble Filled.

That total is higher than both the Filled total and the Ad Eligible total.

Rumble’s public-facing Creator Program materials do not clearly explain what these dashboard fields mean, how they relate to one another, or which figure ultimately governs the displayed eCPM and creator earnings.

The dashboard therefore gives creators data without enough methodology to fully interpret that data.

It tells a creator that thousands of people watched, that some were “Ad Eligible,” that there are two different fill-related counts, and that the final result for PutinBot Gaming during this period was $8.94.

It does not clearly tell the creator why.

The eCPM Looks Better Than the Earnings

The daily eCPM figures in the August 1–20 PutinBot Gaming export range from $4.73 to $9.33.

Taken alone, that might sound like a reasonable advertising rate.

But that figure cannot simply be applied to total raw views.

The actual effective advertising result over the 20-day period was:

$8.94 ÷ 12,390 × 1,000 = $0.72

That is an effective raw-view RPM of approximately 72 cents.

On a unique-view basis:

$8.94 ÷ 6,003 × 1,000 = $1.49

The dashboard’s own Filled figure helps illustrate the difference.

Dividing earnings by the reported Filled count produces:

$8.94 ÷ 1,371 × 1,000 = $6.52

That rate is broadly consistent with the displayed daily eCPM range.

In practical terms, the displayed eCPM appears to operate at a much later point in the monetization funnel than the top-line raw-view count.

That is not a minor technical detail.

A creator who sees a $6, $7, or $8 eCPM may reasonably assume that tens of thousands of views should produce meaningful earnings.

But in this PutinBot Gaming MTD dataset, that assumption would be wrong by nearly an order of magnitude.

At the reported effective raw-view RPM, the rough view volume required to generate ordinary advertising income would be enormous:

These are not guarantees or forecasts.

Advertising performance can change depending on viewer geography, advertiser demand, device type, ad blocking, Premium use, content format, livestream versus VOD consumption, seasonality, inventory availability, eligibility rules, and reporting adjustments.

But the numbers illustrate the scale of the problem.

A creator cannot build a dependable business on views if those views translate into advertising income at this rate.

A 1,429-View Day That Earned 26 Cents

August 20 offers a particularly clear illustration.

It was the highest-traffic day in the 20-day PutinBot Gaming export, with 1,429 raw views.

The dashboard reported:

Only 214 raw views were marked ad eligible:

214 ÷ 1,429 = 14.98%

Only 52 were recorded in the dashboard’s Filled field:

52 ÷ 1,429 = 3.64%

And the day produced $0.26:

$0.26 ÷ 1,429 × 1,000 = $0.18

That is an effective raw-view RPM of about 18 cents.

A creator can accept that not every raw view becomes monetizable.

The issue is that a day with more than 1,400 reported raw views, 429 unique viewers, and a listed eCPM of $4.73 still ended in 26 cents of reported advertising revenue.

The platform’s public information does not give the creator enough detail to determine whether that result was driven by geography, unsold inventory, ad blocking, Premium viewing, viewer behavior, content suitability, ad-serving rules, fraud filtering, reporting delays, or some other factor.

That is precisely the transparency problem.

Rumble Changed the Deal

Rumble’s Creator Program was updated effective July 1, 2026.

Under the current rules, creators seeking payment in an active month must meet an extensive set of thresholds:

Stream at least 30 hours through Rumble Studio.
Stream at least 5 hours of Premium content.
Generate at least 500 hours watched.
Have at least 75 unique people chat.
Complete at least one raid in five separate streams.
Upload or create at least 20 Shorts.
Maintain an active Rumble Premium subscription.
Meet follower, original-content, and Studio-use eligibility rules.

For perspective, 30 streaming hours per month is almost seven hours live every week:

30 ÷ 4.33 = 6.93 hours per week

Twenty Shorts per month means roughly five every week.

The revised program does not merely reward creators for producing good work. It requires them to undertake a recurring system of platform-specific production, community activation, and product promotion.

Creators are expected to use Rumble Studio, build watch time, generate live chat, raid other Rumble streamers, create short-form content, make Premium programming, and help create new Rumble accounts and Premium subscribers.

Rumble’s public program materials say compensation is based on a creator’s share of original-content minutes watched, attributable new Rumble registrations, and attributable Rumble Premium subscriptions.

That means the company has moved beyond a simple model in which creators publish content, Rumble sells ads, and the creator receives a transparent share.

The current model asks creators to help build nearly every layer of Rumble’s ecosystem:

Content inventory
Livestream supply
Community engagement
Viewer retention
Short-form discovery
Premium programming
User acquisition
Subscription conversion

There is nothing inherently improper about paying creators to help grow a platform.

But the economics need to make sense.

The Problem Is Not Effort. It Is Uncertainty.

A creator can plausibly look at the July 2026 requirements and conclude that Rumble wants a serious commitment.

That commitment includes more than content creation. It includes live hours, Premium exclusivity, chat participation, raids, clipping, and ongoing use of Rumble’s internal tools.

Yet Rumble does not publicly provide a fixed Creator Program rate card.

The program materials identify the inputs used for compensation—watch time, new registrations, and new Premium subscriptions—but they do not state:

A payment per eligible watch hour
A payment per attributable Rumble signup
A payment per attributable Premium subscriber
A minimum monthly creator payout
A real-time earnings estimate
A creator’s monthly share of the payout pool
An individual payout cap
A platform-wide payout cap for the current month

Rumble’s terms also state that payments are not guaranteed, that the company may establish maximum payout limits, and that the program may be modified, postponed, or canceled.

So the economic proposition currently looks something like this:

More required creator labor → more Rumble-native activity → Creator Program qualification → payout determined by a formula the creator cannot independently calculate in advance

Meanwhile, the ordinary advertising data from PutinBot Gaming for August 1–20 looks like this:

12,390 raw views → 2,817 ad eligible → 1,371 filled → $8.94

That combination is the real concern.

Creators are being asked to compensate for weak or opaque advertising economics by becoming more deeply integrated into Rumble’s ecosystem—without a clear public formula showing what that additional labor is worth.

Rumble Is Failing the Ad-Revenue Test

Rumble may argue that the Creator Program is designed to supplement advertising revenue rather than replace it.

That may be true.

But this month-to-date PutinBot Gaming dashboard export demonstrates why a supplement is necessary in the first place.

An audience producing 12,390 raw views and 6,003 unique views generated $8.94 in reported advertising earnings between August 1 and August 20.

A channel cannot reasonably treat that as a standalone revenue source.

At $0.72 per thousand raw views, a creator would need hundreds of thousands of views to make even a few hundred dollars, and well over a million raw views to approach $1,000 in monthly advertising income if that effective rate persisted.

Again, that is not a prediction of future earnings or a claim that every Rumble channel receives the same RPM.

It is what happened on PutinBot Gaming during this specific month-to-date reporting period.

From the creator’s perspective, that represents a failure of the platform’s ordinary ad-revenue proposition.

It does not mean Rumble is necessarily failing to serve advertisements.

In fact, the separate Rumble Filled figure of 3,128, compared with the 1,371 Filled total, underscores how much remains unknown about the system’s internal reporting definitions.

It does mean the platform is failing to provide a monetization experience that is predictable, understandable, and commercially sufficient for a creator who has already succeeded at the basic task:

attracting viewers.

The audience is there.

The raw views are there.

The platform’s listed eCPM is there.

The creator income is not.

What Rumble Should Disclose

Rumble does not need to guarantee that every view generates revenue.

No advertising platform can honestly make that promise.

But if Rumble wants independent creators to invest 30 live hours a month, build Premium content, manufacture short-form clips, drive community engagement, and recruit new users into Rumble’s paid ecosystem, it should provide the information creators need to assess the deal.

Rumble should publish clear definitions and creator-facing reporting for:

The conditions that make a raw view Ad Eligible.
Whether eligibility is measured by user, session, view, ad request, ad opportunity, or some other unit.
The precise definition of Filled.
The precise definition of Rumble Filled.
The reason Rumble Filled can exceed Ad Eligible.
The denominator used for eCPM calculations.
The role of Premium viewers, geography, ad blocking, devices, content type, and watch duration in creator monetization.
Whether earnings are estimated, delayed, adjusted, or reconciled after reporting.
The number and value of creator-attributed ad events.

Without that information, creators have no reliable way to calculate expected income before putting in the work.

Views Should Lead Somewhere

Rumble’s public-facing creator pitch emphasizes monetization, creator independence, and profit sharing.

But the numbers from PutinBot Gaming’s August 1–20 month-to-date advertising report reveal the gap between that promise and this creator’s current experience.

My channel brought Rumble 12,390 reported raw views and 6,003 unique views in 20 days.

Rumble’s dashboard attributes $8.94 in advertising earnings to that traffic.

At the same time, Rumble’s Creator Program requires participating creators to deliver 30 hours live, five hours Premium, 500 watch hours, 75 unique chatters, five raid-eligible streams, 20 Shorts, an active Premium subscription, and additional platform-specific ecosystem activity.

That may create opportunities for some creators.

It may also create a system in which the creator assumes more labor, more costs, and more risk precisely because advertising revenue is too weak and too opaque to stand on its own.

The issue is not whether creators should work hard.

They already do.

The issue is whether a platform that benefits from their work can explain, in plain numbers, how an audience becomes an income.

Right now, based on PutinBot Gaming’s August 1–20, 2026 month-to-date data, the answer appears to be:
